Elder and his crew did an amazing job. We had all of the hardwoods replaced in our main floor, and it completely transformed the house. The attention to detail is excellent and they even suggested a few things that we hadn't thought of that really added a lot of value.

These guys do a great job. We wanted to install hardwoods upstairs to match what we have downstairs and Elder walked us through all of the options. Ultimately we went with LVT and they were able to find materials that matched exactly what we were looking for

Not enough good words for Elder Flooring!

2200 ft house with multiple stages of floor replace looked so uneven until Elder came to the rescue!
Added missing sections of wood, sanded, colored, new quarter round and protective coat applied. My place looks amazing! Photos of floor are with different light... not different colors :)

The best flooring refinish ever! Elder came to fix what the the first company absolutely screwed up. He understood our frustration and urgency. He did an amazing job and finished everything with quality products. Stain dried and cured within 12 hrs and then he did the poly which dried in 2 hours and then he advised to let it all cure. Compared to 8 days the other company took and left our floors uneven. Elder got done in 3 days and our floors look better than original!

Great installation! The installers were very professional, friendly and demonstrated outstanding craftsmanship. We needed to install a hardwood floor in our guest room first floor level. It was a challenge to match the rest of the Dr house hardwood due to age and wear. (15 yrs). They worked a miracle in matching the floors! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their floors install,refinished or matched. It's very clear that "customer satisfaction"use is their #1 priority!

Elder did great work! We had him install engineered hardwoods to replace carpet and old engineered hardwoods that were glued directly to the subfloor.

They took great care to remove the old hardwoods that were glued down in a way that made sure that they did not destroy the subfloor.

It was a pretty straightforward installation, but they did have to deal with a transition to other rooms with existing hardwoods, make cutouts around a hearth, and create cutouts around soon to be installed custom built in cabinets. They did it all really well.

It was a 3 day job, and they seemed to move pretty quickly, but took enough time to do it right. At the end of each day, they left the area clean.

They did such a good job that we are requesting a quote for them to install new floors in more rooms in the house.

I would Recommend him to absolutely anyone; His quote was very competitive, his communication was flawless, the work got completed on time and the finish product came out far better than I expected. My home was built in 1960 and the floors were original with tons of wear and tear, the look brand new now! If you need floor work done elder is the guy to call!

They installed about 1800 sq ft of flooring in my upstairs, which took about a week. They constantly asked to ensure I was happy, and I never had any concerns. A few nit-picky things I pointed out, and they were fixed without any concerns.

Elder refinished our hardwoods from a glossy cherry finish to the natural wood color, the floor looked even better than we had hoped for. We would highly recommend Elder and plan to use them again.

We hired Elder Flooring to stain and refinish the floors in our home. We received a great and honest quote of the work and estimate that it would take 2 weeks to finish. Halfway through the project, having seen how great it was turning out, we asked about the possibility of extending the work to replace a section of the floor that had damaged since we moved in. Elder was able to find matching floors, gave us an excellent quote for the additional work, and was still able to complete within the estimated time.

We had the please of working with Elder and his team on a flooring install for our home in north Raleigh. I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to work with them. From start to finish the installation went as well as we could have hoped. Elder was on time and responsive in scheduling the work and helping us find a matching flooring to our existing flooring.
